Paul Friedberg lors d’une conférence à Minneapolis, vient illustrer la dialectique ancrée dans la conception d’un espace public. Friedberg, spécialisé dans la conception d’aires de jeux pour enfants, s’est appliqué durant toute sa carrière à réaliser des lieux où spectateurs deviennent acteurs par eux même, tendant peu à peu vers une émancipation par l’action.

Paul Friedberg during a conference in Minneapolis, illustrates the dialectic embedded in the design of a public space. Friedberg, who specialises in the design of children's playgrounds, has applied himself throughout his career to creating places where spectators become actors in their own right, tending little by little towards emancipation through action.
